    General Description

    Responsible for business development strategy, sales team and customer network for all projects of the company. Develop customer service and operational management of Sales and Trading Real Estate.

    Main tasks

    1. Develop and implement the strategy and business plan of the company.
    2. Organizing the collection, analysis and evaluation of market information and making proposals and proposals.
    3. Propose and implement the business policy of the company.
    4. Rational distribution of output / sales / cost norms to staff levels
    5. Approve and control sales contracts in accordance with the Company’s regulations.
    6. Manage business activities and be responsible to the Board of Directors and the State management agencies to ensure compliance with the regulations of the Company and the Laws of Vietnam.
    7. Approve the business plan of the group.
    8. Building, developing and managing real estate trading floors.
    9. Recruitment, training & development staff ensure adequate supply of human resources to meet the business needs of the company.
    10. Create a dynamic and motivated work environment; Setting up KPIs and evaluating the performance of Sales Department staff.
    11. Ensure coordination between departments to achieve the company’s business objectives.
    12. Develop annual sales plan / quarter / month and network of potential customers.
    13. Build strategic relationships.
    14. Build, deploy and develop services and customer support activities.
    15. Build the image and style of professional sales staff.
    16. Organizing the handling of customer complaints.
    17. Ensure the operations of the Business Department conform to the quality system.
    18. Organize the identification and implementation of prevention actions.
    19. Report on business activities of the Company to the Board of Directors.

    University education or above. Specialized in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration …
    English for fluent use.
    MS computer. Office Experienced
    05 years of experience in the same position, preferably experience in the real estate industry, middle and high level business.
