    Our customer is a big Real Estate Group in  Hong Kong that offers international properties to clients in Hong Kong and globally. The company works with property developers from Thailand, Japan, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, Europe and many others. The company has a team of dedicated sales agents that can provide consultancy and information on relevant transaction-related topics such as taxation, sales & purchase procedures, payment schedules, and many others.

    They are expanding in VietNam and now they are recruitting Sales Manager (2 positions):

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the direct selling of the properties in Vietnam to international clients and international properties to Vietnamese clients
    • Ensure perfect product knowledge is provided professionally and accurately to clients
    • Take care of the entire sales process from enquiry to executing sales contract with professional investors
    • Respond to enquiries by telephone, email and face to face meetings. Ensure the urgency in responding to enquiries
    • Negotiate on the selling price, terms and conditions. Ensure approval is sought from the senior management
    • Obtain clientele feedback and offer constructive suggestion for improvement
    • Maintain good relationship with clients
    • Searching for new enquiry sources to generate sales potentials
    • Maintain regular update of the client database
    • Identify market needs and trends through regular Market Surveys and Competitor Research (sales promotions and activities) and provide feedback to senior management
    • Appear well groomed, smart and presentable
    • Prepare sales reports

     Key requirements

    • Fluent in English & Cantonese (Advantage)
    • Excellence in Sales negotiation skills; Presentation skills; and Good deal closing skills
    • At least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
    • Real Estate Agent license (Advantage)
    • Working under pressure and independent.
    • With confident, ambitious and energetic manner
