    At this position you will help shape the future of the Vietnam property market. You will do so as a member of a property services firm with an unparalleled reputation for excellence. The director will provide research and analysis to support real estate investment activity of Vietnam market. A major part of this role is to help analyze real estate equity and to communicate to the investor the view on each project. The director is expected to provide our clients with best in class investment strategy and to be client-facing. This person will have the ability to raise their profile in the real estate industry by authoring white papers, speaking with media, and speaking at conferences.


     Participates in economic and real estate research by identifying and collecting data, often times seeking out data and sources that are not directly real estate based.

     Provide strategic insights to clients and prospective clients

     Contributes to written and verbal communications that are used for client presentations, regulatory filings, and capital raising activities

     Works with the product development team to create research driven products for clients and prospective clients

     Work with portfolio managers to help guide fund strategy with a focus on performance analytics

     Promote company services in respect to, but not limited to the research consultant services.

     Participating in, and promoting the sharing of knowledge, market information and professional standards within the research department.

     Ensure the Research Department complies with all laws related country’s law requirements.

     Actively seeking new solutions and creating new business opportunities for the Research Department.  Manage, lead and liaise with the clients with regard to research consultant issues.

     Maintain and update database with support from research team.

     Write and update reports on all sectors of property market.

     Write development recommendation in Real Estate.

     Develop economic/ strategic/ forecasting models and research tools to support and maintain the leading market position of Company’ Research and Consultancy.

     Participating and contributing in the industry events/ seminars, Company’ Press Releases/ events/ promote Company’ brand on mass media.

     Liaise with local and international clients and Vietnamese authorities.

     Write reports in English and Vietnamese based on scope of works to be supplied by clients.

     Maintain the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality at all times.

     Liaise with the property management, agency and other departments within the company to ensure a total understanding of the property market in Vietnam.

     Providing Research in a timely and authoritative manner and consultancy services to the division nationally.

     Creating complex statistical/analytical research and delivering commentary, reports and presentations to internal and external clients, as well as building substantial media presence.

     Assisting in the completion of periodic market commentary in accordance with Company Research timeline.

     Supporting and acting as company’ brand ambassador at all time.

     Confidence as the Research spokesperson, presenting publicly and liaising with the media.

     Lead and manage research staffs across all projects undertaken by the Research department.

     Master degree in Marketing/ BA/ Economics/ Finance/urban planning

     Strong understanding of market research and market analysis.

     Strong analytical and quantitative skills

    Communication skills Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers.
    PC skills
    The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information.
    Experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same position.
    Language Proficient English (both speaking and writing).
