Our customer is a Viet Nam Company in FMCG field in Ho Chi Minh City. They are recruiting Sales Manager MT.
1. Your main duty is to develop & implement the sales strategies including identification of sales opportunities, channel/ territory & customer development & management, sales promotions, effectively competing with compertitors, product launch and sales & coverage targets.
2. Field sales force management including organizational structure, recruitment, training/ coaching, call routing/ mapping, KPI setting & following up, sales regulation & discipline, check & supervisor, evaluation and reward & motivation.
3. Set up sales system & policies as territory/ channel split, dictributors, SOP, sales report and mornitoring system, sales/ distribution policies & trading terms.
4. Budget & manage the trade promotions, trade visibilities and off take driven promotions.
5. Coordinate effectively with partners & other funtional departments within the company.
6. Your position is to report to Commercial Director.
Yêu cầu công việc
Male/ Female from age of 30 up, University graduated in Economic or Marketing.
Five years experience in the MT Field/ channel sales (FMCG).
Have a passion for and good understanding of implementing the FMCG model.
Good command of English and good skills of analysis, product development, plan, communication, teamwork.
