MARKETING MANAGER
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- General Job Description
- Partnering with the Marketing Director
- Provide constant leadership in managing internal and external brand team and projects day-to-day under the supervision and direction of line manager
- Provide reports as assigned by line manager/brand
- Manage marketing schedule on a weekly basis
- Strategic marketing planning & presentation, and implementation of all marketing activities
- In-depth familiarization of brand guidelines and company policies
- Constantly find new ways/channels to promote/market and effectively reach out the target market
- Timeline Management
- Punctuality in all internal and external meetings
- Manage internal and external expectations and ensure accomplishment of deliverables within the project timeline
- Ensure turn-over of internal & external reports on time
- Cost Management
- Manage the cost within the budget approved by line managers, cost-efficiency is reinforced at all times but without sacrificing quality of output
- Report to line managers of any changes or revision on all cost reports immediately
- Reports/Planning
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of report based on … standard template sent internally or externally
- Marketing Plans, Calendar, Budget
- Weekly report
- Value proposition
- Post mortem report
- Other pertinent reports as requested by line manager/principal
- Media Relationship
- Maintain and build relationship with media and lead in deepening the relationship between brand and the media
- Relationship and working attitude
Internal:
- Ensure no negative feedback about team work and working attitude from internal staff and line manager (based on an internal survey report).
- Ensure professionalism within the office premises at all times, as such rumor-mongering is totally discouraged
- Demonstrate pro-activeness in bringing solutions and create initiatives that will further contribute to brands and company development
External:
- Maintain good relationship with internal and external team. No critical negative feedback from any of them
II. JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Marketing or equivalent
- Have knowledge or experience at management level in Retail/FMCG/life style industry
2. Preferred Skills:
- Ability to draft and implement marketing plan
- Good at English in both writing and speaking skill
- Good management and organization skill
- Good communication and presentation and skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in team work
- Dynamic, active, and innovative
- Adaptable, enthusiast and willing to work under high pressure
Working time: 8h30 – 6h30 , Mon – Fri
