    H-TalentSearch is recruiting for a client  is a big owner of real estate in HCM City Due to business development needs, they are looking for a Senior Township Executive – Township Management Department

    Purpose of Job:

    Assist to Deputy Manager-Park Management/ Township Manager to handle works which consists of park, security and STP while managing, leading, risk management, coordination with all relevant Parties and compliance with company procedures and required specification standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. To produce Park Management’s strategic action plan to Superior, execution and timely delivery on each of financial year with the fulfillment of Key Result Areas of the department.
    2. Ability to forecast, improve, enhance, proper planning and execution which is in line with managerial capabilities in accordance to Management’s directive, company goals and procedures.
    3. Planning of work and resources with particular reference to work schedule to ensure timely progress.
    4. Attend all technical matters on site by developing solutions to problems with the application of engineering concepts, practices and techniques.
    5. Enforce quality, risk managing and safety of works at site by complies with ISO requirements and procedural.
    6. Closing to NCR within the time limit given.
    7. Closing coordination with construction team, sub-contract and other departments to ensure effective teamwork.
    8. Contract and supplier administration on all matters related to Park Management including timely award of contract such as landscape, maintenance, security etc.
    9. Timely submission and approval of authorities matters including monitoring and follow up with relevant personnel.
    10. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

    Internal : All staff

    External : Authorities, Contractors, Suppliers

    Person Specifications:

    Qualifications : Degree in Building Engineer/ Landscape Engineer or relate discipline.

    Experience : Minimum 7 years working experience

    Specific skills / abilities : Good working knowledge related to construction and property development.

    Personal qualities : Able communicate with all levels, assertive and initiative.
    Able to carry out the work independently and to showcase good leadership including coaching and mentoring on subordinates.
